I live too far away to visit your shop, how do you handle my job?
Rarely is there a job that cannot be done which requires a personally consultation.
In most cases we can do everything offsite including: logo design, brochure layout, illustrations, or most printing requirements. Proofs are sent via e-mailPDF or digital color prints (if required)
In cases of trade work, jobs are runned without proofs and the client is responsible for whatever files they send us. (All jobs are prepaid). We will assist you 24/7 via e-mail. Plus if you need to see us, we would be here with to greet you with open doors. See our locations.

What package is right for me, for my business?
The real answer lays with you. Only you know what your business needs, and our job is to nudge you in the right direction. Our marketing consultant is ready to discuss your needs and offer suggestions on what is required. Please note that having superior print quality doesn't guarantee instant results if the artwork is not prepped properly or is poorly designed. That's why a consultation is a must if your are in anyway, unsure. We can walk you through the process and offer things that are essential, plus even discourage you from using, or buying a product from us that we know you won't need. That's the difference in our business practice. We cater to you for your best interest.

Who has the ownership to the artwork/logo once work is completed?
Technically without a formal agreement that you own the rights to the artwork, the printshop owns it until it officially released to you in contract. In our shop, artwork which is created for the sole purpose of your usage for sales/marketing belongs to our clients in written agreement. No hassle. We will hold on to the artwork for the purpose of reprint orders for up to 30 days. Afterwards, it is at our descretion to delete or backup the file. Clients requesting a CD backup is charged a minimum of $10.00 (up to $25.00) for file retrival or backup.

How do I pay for your services?
All jobs are prepaid via Visa/MC and even paypal. For design or video work, most jobs are paid in milestones, meaning, a deposit is given (retainer). Cash is king of course, but with online transaction...that's out of the question. :p

What if I'm not satisfied with my design/print?
For the most part, our work is widely accepted and loved, but we had to throw this question in for the 5% of clients that just can't be pleased. Since most design jobs are paid by milestones - you will only be charge for actual time worked regardless of completion. If your not satisfied with the print quality that is outside the tolerance of an acceptable job then you have full rights to expect a reprint or refund. Please understand most jobs are ganged run and process colors are averaged out to spec.In event of due credit, you have two options: store credit or refund. If you take a store credit, you will receive 10% off your next order.

How do I send in my files for you to print them?
Once you place an order with us, you will be directed to a upload form. For files bigger than 10 megs you can upload it to our server. Make sure you embed the order number to each appropriate file, so we can identify which files belongs to which customer's order.

Who are the founders of Kaieo?
Kaieos original founders were Idania Eos, and Keith Vu. They took their names and combined it. They wanted to formulated a company which would give small business an edge in today's technology driven world. It's not about making art look good, but making the client look good through professional quality art.
