Submitting a full design order
If your product order requires full design services
from our design staff, here are some of the elements
required before design services can be rendered.
Company Logo:

If you intend for us to utilize a company logo,
your logo should be provided in a print ready format
(eps, jpeg, pdf) during the online ordering process.
If assistance is needed in recreating your logo
for print, please provide your logo by either scanning
and emailing a printed version, faxing your logo
to us, or directing us to a website where your logo
can be downloaded. Fees for recreating logos will
be included with the design services of your product.
Photographs: (TOP)
If your design will include specific product,
location, or personal photographs, the images must
be provided in digital format at a resolution of
no less than 300 dpi at the size you expect it to
appear in the final product. These files can also
be uploaded during the ordering process. Photographs
that are not available in digital format can be
overnighted to Kaieos to be scanned at an additional
fee. Note: It is not recommended to scan printed
pieces, as the dot pattern of the piece may be obvious
when printing is complete. Kaieos cannot be
held liable for quality issues if it is insisted
to print from an insufficient sorce.
Stock Photography:

If you do not have specific images in mind
for your piece, leave it to our professional designers.
Our design department has access to thousands of
royalty free stock images that can be utilized to
produce an attractive and effective piece catered
specifically for your needs. The use of these images
is included in the cost of the design services requested.
Copy: (TOP)
Although we may be able to assist you in
fine tuning your verbage, Kaieos does not currently
offer copy writing services for marketing campaigns.
All business are different. Only you, the business
representative, has full understanding of what your
company provides, the best way to represent it in
words, and what you are looking to offer with this
promotion. For this reason, you are required to
provide all text to be included in your piece. You
can provide your text during the ordering process
in the form of a text file, word document, pdf or
any other basic word processing format. Our designers
will take your raw text and develop an esthetically
pleasing layout including text and graphics for
presentation in the final piece.
Contact information:

It is highly recommended to include a return
address and contact information in efforts to track
the success of your campaigns. IMPORTANT: much of
your text and contact information will be copy and
pasted into the final format of your piece. Please
be sure that all information is accurate to eliminate
the chance of incorrect information printing on
your final product. Once all of these elements are
presented, your request will make it's way into
our automated design queue where a designer will
then retrieve it and begin the design process (design
turnaround time may vary according to current design
queue levels). All designs rendered will be forwarded
to you in the form of a low resolution jpeg proof
sent to you via email for approval or revisions.
Once approval to print is granted, your designs
will be printed and either shipped to you via your
seleasthercted priority or sent to our mail house for
mail fulfillment.
