If a job is unacceptable due to defects in workmanship only, we will reprint and ship out the job to you at no cost, or issue a future credit. No cash refunds are offered. Please note that the FULL original run must be returned to us and inspected prior to reprinting. This guarantee does not cover customer errors such as low resolution images, poor photography or incorrect copy. Furthermore, we print to industry accepted "pleasing color" standards. We will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation of your job based on your supplied materials. However, note that Kaieos does not guarantee color matching so defects due to color matching cannot be honored. If a color proof is requested for critical jobs, we guarantee the color proof to match the final printed piece within recognized industry standards.

Gang-Run Printing refers to a process supplying customers with affordable four-color printing. Utilizing this method known as "Gang-Run", this approach combines your job with others having similar requirements. This allows the initial production costs to be spread out over several jobs, greatly reducing the make-ready/plate charges for each customer. All work is carried out by skilled professional on state-of-the-art equipment to assure you quality work at affordable prices.

Because of limitations with the Gang-Run printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed and by placing an order with Kaieos you agree to this limitation. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process.
