I want to thank you for designing the most beautiful hang tags for my apparel business. I uploaded my own design and your designers took the image and matched something to my website. The final product is amazing! These are the most beautiful hang tags in the world! I want to order business cards, post cards, etc. using this design. I had been working with a company for a one color process for almost the same price as my 4 color process. You are innovative in the design and technological media industry and your prices are incredible. It was so pleasant to work with your staff and to receive such beautiful hang tags.

Subject: My experience with Kaieos
This was the first time I have ordered printed media for an event I am running and I couldn't be happier than I am with your company! I dealt several times with Victoria in the Customer Service Department and she was a pleasure to talk to. The process was very simple from sending my files, making changes to what I sent after seeing the proof, and getting the product delivered to me. You have your customer interface process perfected. The quality control is fantastic and what I received is so appealing that it exceeded my expectations. The turnaround time once I approved the Proof was extremely fast. I would recommend your service to others. Last but not least, is the value for the money which I am very pleased with.
My only negative comment is that the boxes, once opened, give off a very strong odor which might be the ink or the paper. Each post card is okay but when you have a thousand of them, the smell is very strong.
Thank you doing such a wonderful job from start to finish and please thank Victoria for me and tell her how much I appreciated her diligence in getting me through the process.

I am extremely satisfied with my Kaieos Design Studio experience. I spoke with at least 3 different people about my orders and they were all extremely friendly and helpful. The online ordering process was simple. I ordered at the last minute, because I mistakenly thought all items had a 48 hour turnaround. They were both completed and I recieved them in time for my home expo. I am completely satisfied with the end product. Some of the brochures were ever so slightly bent in the corners, but I believe this is from handling the box in shipping.

and easily is the best (other times were at a Kinko's
or Office Max where either the image quality was poor
or marginal or, if the image was good, the cut machine
was off on 25% of 500 cards.
